Tax Lien Investment USTLA Tony Martinez reviews-other suggestions

Hello, here we go again!!  I am looking at something that I may get started in.  Does anyone have any reviews on the USTLA course that Tony Martinez puts on?  Any suggestions on that or any other courses to take.  Does anyone have experience with tax liens that they may be able to give me some advise on?  Sounds like a nice nitch to get into with little overhead cost with the investment being somewhat secure?  Any advise at all about how to get started would be great.  Thanks
