LLC needing commercial loan for SFR.

First time poster here. I am starting out my real estate investing experience and seeking advice. I have set up an LLC and have found a property to purchase. I would like to be a buy and hold for cash flow investor. I don't have a goal as to the total number of doors I want to have but I would like to continue growing it over the next 10-15 years.

I would like to get some feedback from people regarding purchasing a house with a commercial loan. Haven’t been able to get a residential loan and trying to avoid swapping titles. I’m in PA and costs can be high. Commercial loans I am being offered are at 4.25% for 5 years then adjust for next 5 years. I will still cash flow well but worry about 5 years down the road.

Also, I have exceptional credit. Any help or advice anyone can provide will be much appreciated.

Does this make sense? Would you do anything different?
