Help with turnkey providers

Hello- I’m looking to invest OOS (live in CA) and am looking at Martel and Roofstock for options. Am also interested in NC and AR markets as we have family there. Anyone have experience with turnkey providers they have used before and been happy with? Looking to invest as soon as possible. TIA
