newbie to Rural investing and need a lender
I purchased my first Brrr a few months ago. Now that it's rented, I am looking for an investor who is open to investing in buy/holds in rural communities. It is cash flowing exceptionally well, but I need to do a cash-out refinance so I can do it again. However, all the investor companies I talk to aren't interested as it is in rural Michigan. Zip code 48619
Can anyone send me referrals?
