Are USDA loans worth it?
Hello all....super rookie here.
I have run the numbers on a ton of properties and have finally located a few worth exploring. I already have preapproval so I'm good there. However, I just found out that all of these properties qualify for USDA. What are your thoughts on using that? Have any of you gone that route? I know as an investor I would not be able to use it, but the way I'm running this right now, I'm putting my daughter into the home (while she attends college) and setting it up as her first time home buy (so then we would qualify). Once she leaves school, my thinking was to convert it over to the RE biz. Love your thoughts on that plan as well.
Thanks!!!!
