Please help me find 2 recent posts: 1. a post about how to assemble an investment REI team-Realtor-investor-lawyer-cpa etc.
2. A post with a general outline of differant ways to REI:-Rehabber-buy and hold-flip-whole sale etc- and the risk levels and reward levels ie:profit. High-med-low etc.
