Process on how to move forward
Hi everyone, I have three rental properties that I bought under my name. I have hear a lot about putting my properties on a LLC for asset protection and I finally did. I'm ready for my next property but how do I buy it? My loan officer said that I can't buy it through the LLC because I need two years of financial statements, I can buy it under my name again but after moving it to the LLC and moving forward the LLC is the one making the profits. How do I keep buying if I don't want to wait two years?
