Checklist to start out?

Hello Everyone, i'm new here. Does anyone have a checklist of what to seek in a property in particular Single-Family / Multi-Family units ? I know this is kind of personal and depends on your goals, but still, a basic checklist of the common things to check out. Would be helpful for newbies like me to understand better and filter the properties. I'm from Italy, if there is someone in this group from Italy as well and is interested to talk about it, would be awesome!

Thanks and have a good day!

Hey Al,

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but here are a few basic details you will want to get when evaluating a potential investment:

List Price
Current Rents
Market Rents
Repairs Needed
Repair Cost
After Repair Value (use comparable sales to support this)
Age of Roof, HVAC, Water Heater

Not an exhaustive list but should get you started
