Finding private lenders for down payments, for newbies.
Hi! Looking to understand more about private lenders and what they look for in new investors. More specifically the different things they look for in brrrr and turn key properties.
If I understand it right, which I probably don't, brrrr properties offer a chance for a quick return through refinancing. Downside is it can be tricky and complicated for a newbie to organize a good brrrr. On the other hand, a turn key property may be more simple and straight forward but doesn't have the quick return through refinancing. Any insight?
