Advice on building rental portfolio

As I am new to this. I am trying to educate myself as much as possible. I have the funds to build a portfolio quickly. After I pull equity out of my house I will have a total of 120k to invest plus 15k backed in savings. We are looking at a house tomorrow that has 2 apartments attached (both currently rented). We would live in the main house, making this our primary resident. By making this primary resident we could complete FHA loan and put 3.5% down. House is listed for 299,900. Worst cast we get it for asking price. Total down would be 15k. I could then rent out my current house at 1200-1400+ 600 each for each rental. Making 2400-2600 a month. I would still have 105k. I would then like to invest into a quad Plex and duplex. Basically I could buy all 3 of them and still have 50k in the bank. Should I move this quick if the numbers make since or slow down and see how things play out. Any and all advice is appreciated.
