Lease Hold Strategies for investment properties
Aloha!
With Hawaii’s real estate maker so expensive, I am looking for ways into real estate investing without needing to come up with $250k just for a down payment.
I have seen some decently priced apartments that could potentially cash-flow, but they are on Lease Hold land. The current leases are expiring in the next 10-12 years, so not the best situation.
Looking for any strategies and/or pitfalls associated with this type of investing.
Thanks!!!!
