I'm Just Starting out But Have a good understanding of RE

Hello Everyone! 

Im new to the group I currently have my own company and looking to invest in RE on the side so im very excited to get started.

I'm currently located in Murrieta ,CA and Im open to invest in pretty much any location that makes sense. I have high 5 figs to invest and although im looking every day for properties I'm not having much luck finding profitable properties. 

Any Advice on videos to get started with BP group that would help the most for someone starting out would be super helpful! Thanks BP Fam!
