Looking to invest with family in STRs
Hello, I am a sort of a newbie investor myself and looking to invest in sort term rentals with family members that haven't done any RE investing. I believe it may be best to set up an LLC with contracts in place before we even look at property. What are your thoughts on this? Also if anyone has an attorneys that they would recommend that may be familiar with RE investing and setting up LLCs specifically for it I would appreciate it. Thanks!
