Transferring real property to LLC in New Jersey

Hello, I'm looking to transfer my property, currently paid in full, into my LLC. I'm also the sole proprietorship of the LLC. I'm planning on using a quitclaim deed and I'm wondering if I can put $1.00 as the amount of the consideration or if I have to write down the full appraised value of the house? Thank you.
