Buying a Business and need some help

Ashton Maximo
Posted

Hey there Yall! Not sure if this post is allowed but I was presented with an opportunity to buy the business I work for but don't have the capital to buy it myself. The owner is willing to sell it to me for 150k, yet could be sold for more. Its a mobile detailing business here in Southern California. It is planned to gross 180k this year and if I were to be owner/operator the business could net 100k a year. My question is, where can I find a loan for 150k? I already discussed owner financing but he doesn't want to do that... Thanks for the help!
