Recommendations for setting up new entity

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to start up an entity for my current and future real estate investments. I currently have three properties (primary residence, secondary residence which will be an Airbnb, and a rental property) in Boston and NH. I want to continue investing in buy and hold and flips in the New England and Northeast areas. I'm looking for recommendations on what type of entity I should be setting up for future funding and protection purposes.

Any guidance on the right direction would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
