Fix and Flip Partnership Advice

Hello Everyone,

Just looking for some general advice…

Looking to partner with a local investor I've met on a fix and flip project. Aside from consulting with a real estate attorney to look over agreement and CPA/tax attorney to review financial implications/consideration of forming a separate entity (i.e., LLC). Is there any other considerations you would recommend going into such a partnership?
