Condo vs. Multi family vs. Single family home

Hello!

I'm a newbie in real estate and wants to invest in rental properties after reading all the books from biggerpockets.

I'm still considering between condo vs. Single family or maybe multi family houses. Can anyone please give me some advice, pro and con between those options. Since I'm a first time buyer as well, can I use FHA loan on any of these properties? Thank you and greatly appreciate!

Absolutely. I would add that I do own a condo, so I do have some firsthand data on this topic. However I also got this particular condo at a very attractive price just 'on the line'. You make your money when you buy!
