Summer internship in California

I’m currently a Junior in high school and I have became extremely interested in real estate investing within the past 6 months. I want to expand knowledge and learn more about real estate development including renovations,acquisitions,market research,etc...If anyone knows of an opportunity for this upcoming summer or if you think you could steer me in the Right direction for a good summer internship in the California area I would appreciate it.
