Becoming a real estate agent tactics
Hey everyone. I found BP a while back but haven’t had the time to spend thinking about it other than listening to the podcast in the car when I am driving to and from work. I am a firefighter/paramedic from Texas and so with Covid I worked more than ever. As people are finally starting to accept that Covid is NOT the end of the world things are finally slowing down and I should have some time now to begin my path to financial freedom.
I want to start my journey by getting ahead of the curve with what I believe is a good tool to have regardless of the situation, my real-estate license. I hate spending money that I don’t have to and I won’t pay another agent to do what I can learn to do myself. So, to that end I am curious what you agents out there suggest.
Where should I start if I want to get my license?
Is there a program known for being the best?
Is there a cheap way that is still worthwhile?
