How to handle AirBnb payments?

I’ll be starting an airbnb property management company.

There will be 4 properties in total. 2 of which I own, and the remaining 2 we’ll be managing for clients.

How does one handle the payments for each property? For the ones I own, I’ll have separate bank accounts. But how should I handle rental payments for the other 2 properties?
