Changing LLC name that has title to properties

I currently have an LLC that owns several rental properties, but I would like to change the name of this LLC. The name change is a simple amendment with the local corporation commission, but I'm wondering if I'll also need to do anything to the titles of the properties? Does it matter if the ownership name has changed, as long as the entity is still essentially the same?
