I just started to read books on real estate mostly rental properties but I’m kinda scared to take action or don't know how to start exactly. Any tips or book recommendations or anything would help.

@Leonel Leon puente jr here are two books I would recommend: 

  • What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow - great for getting a handle on financial analysis. A lot of people skip this but it's a huge advantage if you can work through it
  • Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide- is a really good book on taxes and setting yourself up for success as a landlord
