LLC Question
Live in CA but have an vacation rental in Florida and in Alabama. Thinking about a Wyoming LLC for asset protection. Would I just need the Wyoming LLC and to register the LLC in each of the two states I own the properties in or would have I have register my LLC in CA because I live here. I understand CA registration fees are high and since neither property is in CA...was hoping to avoid CA registration/fees.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
