Tax attorney and CPA in New Hampshire

Hi everyone,

I’m a first time investor and I’m going to be closing on a multi-family property in Manchester, NH and wanted to ask a few questions.

1. I have a mortgage under my personal name, and I was thinking of collecting the rent under an LLC. Is this OK to do? I wanted a bank account that represents me as an LLC.

2. Anyone recommend a good CPA and Tax attorneys in the area or state of NH?

I'm excited and nervous starting a business in REI and look forward to hearing from

You and learning about this business.

Thanks,

Murali
