Tennessee LLC vs Ohio foreign LLC

I am pending on my first property, STR in TN, and trying to figure out what route to take with my LLC. I am an Ohio resident and a LLC here is $100 vs $300/yr in TN. It looks like it could still be $300 for me to register an OH LLC in TN but I cannot seem to find if that is an annual cost/report. If so, I'll just create in TN and not bother with OH.
