Becoming an agent, to help with real estate investing

Hi BP folks!  I'm a new real estate investor (two properties so far) but will pursue it full time stating the beginning of 2021.  Is it a good idea to become a licensed real estate agent, in order to help with my purchasing of investment properties?  I imagine being able to negotiate better deals, represent myself, etc, but not sure if this is worth it.

Thanks, Danny
