How to update the manger name of the LLC in texas

Hey,

We just recently filed the formation of a new LLC company and it is manager-managed LLC. However, unfortunately, we got typos in the manager's name in the certificate of formation. I have asked around, it seems that we need to file the certificate of amendment (Form 424) to fix it. So to fill the form 424, should we just add a statement in the "Alter" part saying "Update manager name from xxx to xxx"? Any suggestions?
