Buy and Hold Strategy via LLC
All, I am an active military officer interested in buying and holding SFH and/or multi-family units as a long term investment strategy. I consider myself very risk averse so I am highly wary of having multiple mortages in my name and on my credit file. I currently have a mortgage on my primary residence. Is it feasible to transfer my current resident and later purchase properties utilizing a LLC?
