Broader homes what do you need?

Hello BP family

My daughter will love to start a broader home. I believe for adults with disabilities. She asks me what she needs to start one. Shes current working in one now. The lady that she working for. The father wanted to sell both homes in which his daughter is running both. If some can please tell me the steps to start. Also, side note.. The owner of both homes wants to sell them. But his daughter runs both. She wants to stay with whoever buys them.
