Investment Partner Exit Plans?

Paul Sassin
Posted

My business partner and I started investing in real estate 1 year ago. We now have 2 duplexes. We have mortgages and are generating good monthly cash flow. We’re both married with kids in our mid 30’s.

We both agree, generating long term cash flow is our goal....

However, we want to create an exit plan, in case of emergencies. For example, if he or I pass away and the family needs the money or just want out, what do we do? We both never see ourselves selling but....

Any ideas on how to break if one wants to keep asset and other wants out?

As always Thank you!!!!

Paul
