Property management company to manage own properties.

I'm looking at starting a property management company LLC, for my properties, all in separate LLC's. My management company will sub out all of the actual work to a real licensed property management company. I'm looking to do this to provide flexibility in making payments on behalf of all of my LLC's and paying me out utilizing the property management company instead of dealing with multiple accounts. All of my all LLC's and property management company will be single member. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks
