Business Law: LLC Ownership to S-Corp???

Hello BP Family,

I am inquiring about some advice on Bussiness Tax/Law/Operations.

I have an up and operating S-Corp that I am the sole owner of, I also have a recently created LLC with a business partner for Real Estate deals we are doing together. As per our operating agreement up refinance and return of my partner's capital plus a fee, my partner will have been bought out of the LLC and I will be the sole owner of that as well.

I am hoping someone has some input on how to go about transferring ownership of the LLC to my S-Corporation, leaving the LLC a subsidiary Holding Company of the S-Corporation?

Thank you for all input and activity.
