How do you name your LLC to add the most value?

For a wholesaling business I am thinking of the following names:

1. Brennan Residential, LLC

2. Brennan REI, LLC

3. Merrimack Valley Residential, LLC (MVR for short)

4. Merrimack Valley REI, LLC

I am leaning towards Merrimack Valley Residential, LLC

Are there any thoughts as too how your name effects your brand? Does it even matter?
