I Want to store my important documents, looking for options.  Do most use dropbox or something similar?  What types of documents, rental related, do you store online?

Hi @Patty Capson, I was using Dropbox for this until I started using (and subsequently loving) Stessa.  Now my leases, receipts, and all other documents are stored there tagged to the specific property!  While at 1 or 2 units that may not seem like a big deal, but beyond that it's a lifesaver!
