Lender for manufactured homes

I have a manufactured home under contract.  Since I am a newbie, I had no idea of the differences between manufactured homes and traditional homes.  The home sits on .75 acres in the best school district in Florida.  What are ways I can fund it?  I've already been turned down by a few hard money lenders since its a manufactured home.  Thanks in advance everyone!
