Starting a business

Hello Everyone!

I just got my real estate license today and Im very excited to start my new journey here in Miami. Not only will I start selling real estate, but I plan on going into fix and flip properties to start off with then when I got it down try to hole on to a few properties. However, Im starting to think I should build a business around what I do. I was thinking a roofing company so I can have perks when flipping, such as a team, equipment, and an advantage to buy houses with old roofs that others won't buy.I would love to hear some input on whether this might be a good idea or not. Im completely new to this so if it is a good idea, any suggestions how to start?
