What is your legal structure for your RE investments and why?
Hello, everyone! We currently have some investment properties under our personal name (not good) and want to move them into a business entity. Looking for some creative ways to structure ours.
How did you set-up the legal structure for your RE investments and why did you structure it that way? Thank you-

Individual LLCs. That's fairly common. Some folks do Series LLCs, which I think makes sense when you don't have different investors in each deal. It's definitely worth discussing with an asset protection attorney.
