book keeping software... quickbook or Zoho or?

what would be the most practical and easier bookkeeping system for a real estate investor when you have to track flips as a project on itself, purchases, invoices, rentals, payroll etc?

Once I did a Zoho week end training and seemed to be pretty cool and straight forward.
anyone with experience on this?

Hey Carlos, i run a marketing business, a real estate leads businesses and a rental portfolio via xero.com and like it for the most part. i use a bookkeeper (from upwork) to reconcile weekly then just review monthly. zoho is very similar. maybe pick based off price?
