I’m 23, and I’m a full time on site property manager. I want to jump all into real estate and become a buy and hold investor when the time is right. My company also sells homes and suggested I’d get my realtor license to be their in house agent. But, Ive had my eye on Mortgage loans. Any suggestions between the two?
