Seasoned Investor Looking to Incorporate Wholesaling

Hello BP Community!

I am a seasoned investor that has focused on new construction projects and flix n flips in the Northwest Georgia market. I am also a licensed agent in the state of Georgia. Most of my deal I have sourced from other wholesalers or on market properties. For 2020 I am looking to incorporate Wholesaling into my business model. I will be looking for the right fit for an experienced wholesaler that will be willing to JV a certain amount of deals in exchange for education and mentoring. I have spent hours listening to podcast and researching various lead generation methods. Rather than spending months and months of trail and error, I would like to work with a proven method to move my operation in the right direction.
