My husband and I purchased a vacation rental property in Cape Cod to start our portfolio and we are planning on purchasing another property next year. We have a great insurance policy on the home but would love to have an extra layer of protection. Would it be more benefial to form an LLC or a S-Corp in MA for tax and protection purposes?
