Paying Back Inital Investment from LLC in a Partnership

My parents are taking cash out on their rental home to help us start flipping houses. They will be pulling 70k and putting into an llc account. None of us can come up with the best way to pay back that 70k loan. We are partners on this so profits will be 50/50. All suggestions are welcome :)
