Looking for some help getting started

I’m just looking for some advice for starting out what it seems like I should do is find a way to get a business loan buy a few properties outright find a property manager to manage them and a realtor to sell them and with the money I get from people renting the units out spend that on making them better and maybe a maintenance crew then buy more after that’s sorted out? Am I missing anything ? Keep in mind I’m in Florida and I’m 19 years old working at target.
