Help me set goals for my business.

Hey everyone.  I’m writing my business plan for my Wholesale business.  I’m about to write some 90 day, 1 year, and 2 year goals for the business, but I’m stuck.  Obviously my goal is to have my business do a lot of transactions, but what other goals should i consider for my business?  I know this is an odd question but any help is appreciated!
