Can you owner occupy under an LLC?
Is it possible to own a property under an LLC name but still have the perks of owner occupied financing?

Not necessarily. I could hold my personal residence under an LLC for various asset protection strategies...doesn't mean my personal residence is an investment (at least not in the traditional sense).
