Six Forces of Real Estate Investing

In some of my reading, I wrote down the six forces of real estate investing. I think it was from one of the Robert Kiyosaki books.

1. Mentor - they have been there done that.
2. Team - Achieve more faster.
3. Network - Each team member has one.
4. Infinite Network - A Higher Power.
5. Skills & Tools.
6. Systems.

With these six forces in place - it would not take too much effort to succeed.
