Hi Ashley,

Here is what I did to get the ball rolling...

1. Start with getting educated there is a ton of information in the forums, Podcasts, books, etc. here at BP. Dedicate time to learning each day or at least every other day.

2. Get pre-approved and secure your financing.

3. Analyze a bunch of deals and research locations where you want to invest.

4. Find a good deal make an offer.

5. Learn from your experiences good or bad and don't stop until you reach our goal.
