System for deal analysis
Hi, what’s a good system for deal analysis, managing rentals, and lead generation?
Thanks!

First... do a 1% check. If the rents arent 1% of the purchase price then we wont even look further. Once it hits the 1% mark we use the biggerpockets tools such as BRRRR or Rental Calculators to see what price makes sense. We strive to get them around 2% or so as do most i am sure :)
