Can FHA Loan be used for S-Corp?

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie, setting goals and plans to start of my REI with Single Family Rentals, however I want to use my current S-Corp when purchasing, this way I can reap tax depreciation benefits for my exsisting business under the S-Corp.

I was wondering, can I get an FHA Loan under my S-Corp? I understand FHA loans you'll have to live in the unit for a year, and help people that can't put down a big down deposit for their first home, but does this also relate if used under a business?

If anyone can provide some advice! Thank you!
